Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processes
• Source and engage top talent through targeted outreach and creative strategies
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress
• Build trusted relationships with leadership as a consultative partner

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting with a focus on business roles
• Proven ability to hire top talent in competitive markets
• Advanced sourcing skills and ability to build passive candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
