Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack with one unified system. We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across Sales, SDR, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and more
- Build and improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks tailored to GTM hiring
- Manage and grow the employee referrals program
- Partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates quickly
- Maintain strong pipelines and deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve the hiring engine
Requirements
- 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Significant experience hiring GTM roles
- Proven ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up
- Strong sourcing skills and experience running effective referrals programs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking key recruiting metrics
- High agency and builder mindset
