Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across Sales, SDR, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and more
• Build and improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks tailored to GTM hiring
• Manage and grow the employee referrals program
• Partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates quickly
• Maintain strong pipelines and deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve the hiring engine

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Significant experience hiring GTM roles
• Proven ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up
• Strong sourcing skills and experience running effective referrals programs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking key recruiting metrics
• High agency and builder mindset
