Business Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, with a primary focus on Sales.
• Partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
• Source and build healthy, representative pipelines through cold outreach, events, and content production.
• Leverage data to inform hiring strategies and articulate insights to executives to drive positive change.
• Champion initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and impact (BEI).
• Support recruiting events, office expansion, and strategic partnerships across the Latin America region.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches within sales organizations (e.g., Enterprise Account Executives).
• Proven ability to build talent strategies alongside hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Written and spoken fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt styles based on the audience.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
• Experience hiring leadership roles at the Director level, specifically within Sales.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape.
• Written and spoken fluency in Spanish.
