Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping
• Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview design
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Help build scalable recruiting processes and interviewer training programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency
• Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for developer-focused, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto companies
• Experience supporting rapid company scaling from growth-stage to late-stage startup environments
• Familiarity with Ashby or modern recruiting technology stacks
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, blockchain, or developer ecosystems
