Business Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business-driven projects within the Risk Management function
• Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, monitor progress, and report on outcomes
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and tracking action items
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks across project lifecycles
• Collaborate with functional leads in IT, Legal, and Operations to align project goals with business objectives
• Develop clear and concise reporting for senior leadership and risk committees
• Support the development of internal communications and stakeholder engagement materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with PM tools and technologies, including Jira, Python, or SQL
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience interacting with cross-functional stakeholders and senior-level participants
• Ability to work onsite in Bala Cynwyd, PA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the financial services industry
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with minimal supervision
