Business Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the operating rhythm of the Prime Video Commerce engineering organization, including MBR write-ups, newsletters, and leadership communications.
• Drive accountability by tracking actions, decisions, and commitments made during reviews and staff meetings.
• Own the organization's information architecture, including SharePoint sites, wikis, and knowledge repositories.
• Manage operational tasks such as OpEx budget tracking, headcount planning, attrition tracking, and hiring pipeline status.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to synthesize meeting notes, generate drafts, and build efficient workflows for recurring tasks.
• Coordinate logistics and calendar management for organizational leadership.
• Lead local community and culture-building initiatives, including townhalls and team social events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience building organizational processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
