Business Product & Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Service Managers with day-to-day operational tasks and client inquiries
• Track and monitor client deliverables, reporting timelines, and project deadlines
• Support account onboarding and program implementation by coordinating data collection
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of client programs and system configurations in Confluence
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Act as a liaison between Client Services and technical teams to communicate requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn within a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
