Business & Product Development/Programme Management Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the Business & Product Development team for military aircraft platforms including A330 MRTT, C295, and Airbus Derivatives
• Maintain and update bidding calendars to track key milestones and decision points
• Perform data analysis on past offers to extract lessons learned and competitive insights
• Provide PMO-type support for visual management systems to track projects, risks, and priorities
• Contribute to the TAM Transformation project by creating frameworks to capture and assess R&D projects
• Prepare R&D dossiers, including project summaries, value propositions, and budget assumptions
• Support internal governance meetings by preparing dashboards, presentation materials, and action tracking
• Assist in capability roadmap and product policy activities to identify future upgrades and competitiveness improvements

Requirements

• Master's student or recent graduate in Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial, Business, or Management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Interest in defence aviation, programme management, and product strategy
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment
• Spanish or French language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of Power BI or data analytics is considered a valuable asset
