About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with division SMEs to analyze, document, and model current and future state business processes using BPMN standards
- Lead business process modeling workshops and develop detailed system flows and organizational charts
- Develop clear, accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation
- Utilize ARIS and MS Visio to create business process diagrams and flowcharts
- Create supporting deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, progress/status reports, and documentation packets
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business process modeling and management
- Proficiency in MS Visio (required)
- Experience with ARIS Designer/Architect (preferred)
- Experience documenting and analyzing KPIs and operational procedures
- Excellent business writing, reporting, and presentation development skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 2013 or newer
- Familiarity with SharePoint and MS Project
- Experience creating SOPs
