About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with division SMEs to analyze, document, and model current and future state business processes using BPMN standards
  • Lead business process modeling workshops and develop detailed system flows and organizational charts
  • Develop clear, accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation
  • Utilize ARIS and MS Visio to create business process diagrams and flowcharts
  • Create supporting deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, progress/status reports, and documentation packets
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to recommend cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure documentation meets compliance standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business process modeling and management
  • Proficiency in MS Visio (required)
  • Experience with ARIS Designer/Architect (preferred)
  • Experience documenting and analyzing KPIs and operational procedures
  • Excellent business writing, reporting, and presentation development skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2013 or newer
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and MS Project
  • Experience creating SOPs
