Business Process Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create BPMN and DMN-compliant diagrams to document as-is and to-be workflows
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to synthesize inputs into accurate models
• Define process hierarchies, value streams, and capability maps aligned with business architecture
• Partner with product owners and developers to translate models into actionable epics and user stories
• Document risks, controls, and KPIs with traceability to regulatory requirements
• Use process mining and analytics to identify bottlenecks and prioritize optimization opportunities
• Mentor and coach junior modelers through peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

• College-level education
• At least 2 years of applied experience in process modeling
• Proficiency in creating BPMN and DMN process models
• Experience leading stakeholder interviews and producing clear process narratives
• Strong knowledge of Home Lending processes
• Ability to translate process models into technical requirements like user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting process innovation such as automation, data transformation, or generative AI improvements
• Strong presentation skills for communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Adaptability to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new methodologies
