Business Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and support process redesign and automation of manual processes
• Establish metrics to measure change management success and track engagement
• Implement change management strategies tailored to multi-site healthcare projects
• Lead the creation and execution of tailored training programs and instructional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change initiatives
• Analyze large datasets to drive data-backed decisions and create demand/capacity models
• Improve clinic-site adoption of existing processes and measure operational resiliency

Requirements

• Proficient in Python, MS Excel, VBA, and SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting transformational process improvement efforts
• Demonstrated project management and process redesign skills
• Understanding of business process mapping and complex problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Black Belt or Six Sigma certifications
