About the role

Responsibilities

  • Re-imagine business processes through an AI lens to fundamentally rethink workflows in domains like Loss Mitigation, Sales & Distribution, and Employee Experience.
  • Assess current AI initiatives to map fragmentation and governance risk landscapes.
  • Design a centralized AI governance framework with control points for visibility, manageability, and policy enforcement.
  • Lead the deployment of AI solutions alongside MuleSoft Agent Fabric.
  • Identify AI infusion opportunities including propensity scoring, predictive risk, and shadow testing.
  • Design AI pipeline architectures for nightly scoring jobs, digital twin models, and A/B testing in production.
  • Define roadmaps for marketing content automation and AI for Employee Experience use cases.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on build-vs.-buy decisions for AI tooling and platforms.
  • Collaborate with data architects to ensure AI models are grounded in structured data foundations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, architecture, or implementation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing AI governance and oversight frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of LLM-based agent orchestration and workflow automation.
  • Proven experience integrating AI/ML into business process redesign.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms, APIs, and orchestration tooling.
  • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MuleSoft or Kong-based AI gateway patterns.
  • Background in financial services AI use cases such as credit scoring or loss mitigation.
  • Familiarity with digital twin modeling and shadow production testing.
  • Prior experience establishing AI governance at a large financial institution.
  • Knowledge of propensity modeling and customer behavior prediction.
