Business Process Expert (Procurement & Sourcing)

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Partner with Business Process Owners (BPO) to define future-state process visions and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and socialize process design recommendations.
• Document "to-be" processes and evaluate "as-is" processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Drive decision-making through governance forums and ensure alignment with program timelines.
• Support business change teams by defining interventions to ensure successful process adoption.
• Establish interim operating states to maintain business continuity during transformation phases.
• Define and monitor KPIs to embed performance management and realize sustained business benefits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in complex, global organizations (Consumer Health or FMCG preferred).
• Deep functional and technical expertise in the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP/ERP platforms is mandatory.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex processes and identify workflow patterns.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute initiatives on time and in full.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process modeling software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and digital transformation frameworks.
• Experience navigating large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
