Business Process Expert PO, B2B & Invoicing

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Process Owner and functional leaders to define the end-to-end PO, B2B, and Invoicing process vision and roadmap
• Lead discovery and design workshops to capture requirements and document "to-be" process flows, controls, and decision points
• Drive process governance by preparing materials for design authorities and communicating outcomes to stakeholders
• Enable delivery readiness by assessing functional preparedness and supporting training content for successful cutover
• Partner with Business Continuity to design interim operating states and transition plans to minimize disruption
• Establish KPIs and process performance routines to monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with SAP S/4HANA programme teams to align process design with system capabilities and manage dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 15+ years of end-to-end process expertise across PO, B2B order-to-cash touchpoints, and invoicing
• Proven experience in global process design and governance within a large-scale transformation programme (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong process mapping and documentation proficiency using tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Signavio
• Data-driven approach to defining KPIs and analyzing workflow pain points
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an MBA
• Experience working within the Consumer Health or FMCG industries across multiple geographies
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder influencing skills to align senior leadership
• Change leadership mindset with experience in training, communications, and adoption planning
• Familiarity with automation and continuous improvement methods like Lean or workflow automation
