Business Process Expert ICO/ICT

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process Owners to define future end-to-end ICO/ICT process visions, design principles, and roadmaps
• Lead discovery and design workshops to capture requirements and assess current state processes
• Document "to-be" processes, controls, and decision points to drive simplification and standardization
• Drive decision-making through governance forums and manage stakeholder communications
• Enable delivery readiness by assessing functional preparedness and partnering with Training & Adoption teams
• Support transition phases by defining interim operating states to minimize business disruption
• Track process performance, KPIs, and compliance to ensure sustained benefit realization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes in complex global environments
• Strong process mapping and modeling capability using BPMN
• Hands-on experience with ERP-enabled transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Analytical skills to diagnose root causes using data, KPIs, and process mining

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an MBA
• Experience in the Consumer Health or FMCG sectors working across multiple geographies
• Exposure to digital enablement tools including workflow automation, RPA, and process mining
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders
