Business Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end ICO/ICT, Inventory, and Product Costing processes aligned with the SAP S/4HANA target operating model
• Lead design workshops to capture requirements, validate impacts, and drive decisions through programme governance
• Assess "as is" process performance and controls to remove bottlenecks and define user-centric "to be" flows
• Build delivery readiness including process documentation, testing/UAT inputs, and enablement materials
• Manage transition phases with Business Continuity to define interim operating states and paths to steady-state
• Own process performance by defining KPIs and controls to monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement
• Engage and align global stakeholders to champion the end-to-end process vision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 15+ years of proven experience in end-to-end process design and governance within a global organization
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA-enabled process design, including Finance and Supply Chain integration
• Expertise in Intercompany (ICO/ICT), Inventory, and Product Costing processes
• Experience with process mapping and modelling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Signavio
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and define measurable KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an MBA
• Experience in the Consumer Health or FMCG sectors working across multiple geographies
• Deep functional knowledge of intercompany settlement and inventory valuation in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience using data or automation tools like process mining and reporting analytics
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage trade-offs in a transformation environment
