Business Process Expert Consolidation/External Reporting

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process Owners to define the future-state end-to-end Consolidation & External Reporting process vision and roadmap
• Lead process design activities, including documenting "to-be" processes and assessing "as-is" processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather inputs and drive user-centric process design decisions
• Manage current-state processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and external reporting standards
• Drive decision-making through formal governance forums to ensure alignment with programme milestones
• Support transition execution, including interim operating models and business continuity planning
• Partner with Change, Training & Adoption teams to deliver documentation and readiness interventions to ensure benefits realisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 15+ years of proven experience in end-to-end process design and governance across Finance data in a global organisation
• Strong experience in Finance process transformation, specifically focusing on Consolidation and External Reporting
• Proven ability to identify control gaps and translate complex requirements into clear process designs
• Hands-on experience with process modelling tools and data analysis
• Experience working within large-scale transformation environments and structured governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an MBA
• Experience in the Consumer Health or FMCG sectors
• Experience working across multiple operating units and diverse geographies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior Finance leadership
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and SAP-enabled process landscapes
