Business Process Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leaders, IT, and business teams to gather, document, and clarify business requirements for New Product Commercialization (NPC) processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation for development teams.
• Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), pilots, and phased rollouts to validate solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams to track progress and ensure delivery aligns with scope and timelines.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify improvement opportunities for Product or Program leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts using lean philosophy and structured problem-solving to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and support documentation to aid solution adoption.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness metrics for assigned technology solutions and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving product development, technology, and business processes.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, business systems, or process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of agile or iterative delivery practices.
• Foundational understanding of software development concepts and how applications are structured and configured.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear, well-documented requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience working alongside software development teams or supporting internally built tools.
