Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in project preliminary planning and develop business cases
• Produce project feasibility and cost-benefit analysis reports
• Transition projects from concept to chartered status
• Assist with project scope definition and management plans
• Capture and manage requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Facilitate elicitation sessions with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirement documents
• Use JIRA to manage the lifecycle of requirements
• Conduct quality reviews and obtain signoff on documentation
• Implement and enforce change management procedures
• Provide recommendations for IT solutions to improve productivity
• Deliver informative and well-organized presentations
• Provide post-project implementation support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in JIRA and other requirement management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
