Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Architects in service design, process planning, and implementation for health services
• Act as the Business Process interface between customers and Telefónica Tech
• Support service delivery and project teams with implementation advice and direction
• Manage Customer Service Workshops including Service Discovery and Process Definition
• Author, validate, and maintain service descriptions
• Assist in developing and transforming enterprise IT Service Processes using ITIL standards
• Help design and implement managed service operations and project delivery
• Support the effective transfer of ICT services to new service designs

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead service consultancy and delivery, specifically within the health sector
• 3+ years supporting Service Architects in designing and delivering enterprise IT Managed Services
• ITIL Qualification
• Experience managing ITIL processes across service towers and third parties (SIAM)
• Experience at Senior management level in a large, complex customer-facing organization
• Proven track record in developing and implementing IT processes for transformational change

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial acumen
• Good working knowledge of relevant functional systems
• Experience influencing multi-tier management
