Business Process Consultant - SAP Transportation Management

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international companies on the planning, management, and execution of transformation projects using SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (Basic & Advanced Shipping).
• Conduct process analyses across the entire transport chain, including demand planning, transport optimization, freight order management, and carrier collaboration.
• Design and implement end-to-end transport processes in SAP TM, ensuring integration with SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and external telematics or freight systems.
• Lead Fit-Gap workshops, blueprinting sessions, and realization phases within complex logistics landscapes.
• Evaluate new TM functionalities such as Advanced Planning, MTA, and BTP apps to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in consulting for transport and logistics processes within the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP Transportation Management.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, ideally using SAP Activate or agile methodologies.
• Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and moderation skills.
