Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end business processes within a major telecommunications transformation program
• Lead fit-gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change
• Translate high-level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real-world outcomes
• Take ownership of workstreams and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments

Requirements

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (Essential)
• Strong experience in process redesign, process improvement, or operating model transformation
• Ability to operate at a Manager level, leading small workstreams independently
• Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on delivery mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale customer/channel environments (contact centre, retail, digital, sales & service)
• Proficiency using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
• Exposure to transformation areas such as Billing, Identity & Access Management, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, or Payments
