Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Execute, maintain, and improve Retail Investment processes supporting Virtual Connect channels
• Ensure processes are designed, documented, and tested in alignment with regulatory requirements and business strategy
• Support end-to-end process execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement delivery
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including procedures and process maps
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, recommending improvements through simplification or automation
• Assist in testing activities for process and system changes
• Track and monitor process performance metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Virtual Connect, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in process management, operations, or Retail Investments
• Strong understanding of process workflows and controls
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience with process mapping and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
