Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define, design, plan, and deploy internal and external projects within the SAP Deployment Success team
• Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation to align standard SAP capabilities with business requirements
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing stakeholders
• Design end-to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies
• Create test plans, support SIT and UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure functional deliverable sign-off
• Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance-to-plan reports
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows
• Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, training materials, and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supplier management, supply chain, or procurement processes and practices
• 10+ years of experience working with ERPLN (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• 10+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management, and Integrated Systems Thinking
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management roles such as Purchasing Agent, Supplier Program Manager, or Supply Base Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• 3+ years of experience with SAP or SAP Master Data Governance systems
• 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis to identify functional requirements for system design
• 3+ years of experience working within digital product lifecycle management environments
