Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manage and resolve exceptions generated by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and related matters
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation initiatives
• Support system enhancement initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and training materials

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse and multicultural audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Shared Services or multinational company environment
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or LN
• Experience with process automation and reporting tools like Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Query
