Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational needs and gather requirements to drive business process improvements
• Deliver at least 5 requirement documents per quarter
• Identify and reduce process inefficiencies by 15% annually
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and established timelines
• Enable data-driven decision-making by providing weekly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction levels (target 90%) on all assigned projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN or UML
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
