Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear process maps and recommendations.
• Assess current-state workflows and design future-state processes to support modernization and technology efforts.
• Facilitate interviews and requirements workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Support implementation through change management and the tracking of performance metrics.

Requirements

• BA/BS in business, economics, information systems, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency with process modeling techniques such as BPMN, IDEF, or UML.
• Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Capability Maturity Model.
• Experience working with Agile methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as BPM, Six Sigma, CBPP, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience translating business needs into technology-enabled process and capability requirements.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, analytical workflows, or model lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting technology modernization, cloud migration, or platform rationalization initiatives.
