Business Process Analyst Customer Adaptation

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational processes by combining data analysis with process knowledge to drive digitalization.
• Create simulations and reports using the latest tools and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Analyze user expectations and translate them into functional requirements for team systems.
• Lead, coordinate, or participate in various projects within the Customer Adaptation team.
• Perform functional testing and provide user guidance during the implementation of new systems or modifications.
• Build a cross-functional network with other data analysts within the factory and regional departments.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management methodologies.
• A strong interest in developing deep knowledge of logistics and assembly processes.
