Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify the impact of company strategic initiatives on internal business processes
• Design, maintain, and evolve business process maps to support growth and transformation programs
• Support business process owners in creating, optimizing, and automating services
• Facilitate process workshops with cross-organizational audiences
• Observe processes in action to solve problems and provide recommendations to Program teams
• Identify, measure, and report on Process Performance Indicators to ensure alignment with company goals
• Partner with readiness teams to prepare the organization for process changes and governance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process mapping, re-engineering, or a similar role
• Expert skills in process mapping software such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Deep knowledge of methodologies like BPMN or EDP
• Ability to facilitate working sessions and drive actionable outcomes
• Strong ability to understand process details and link them to high-level strategy
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to initiate and nurture professional relationships at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Process Management Platforms (e.g., Signavio, Nintex)
• Proficiency with PowerBI and the ability to extract insights from dashboards
• Knowledge of enterprise contact centers and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Background in sales, customer success, or customer support
