Responsibilities

• Manage the CDx billing process, including contract validation, customer invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Validate customer contracts against project structures in the PPM system to ensure completeness.
• Partner with Project Managers to validate contractual billing items and ensure timely invoicing for fixed price, milestones, T&E, and kits.
• Interface with Finance, COpC, and internal teams to resolve issues regarding invoice delivery, credit/rebilling, and partner billing systems.
• Reconcile all billing to project plans in PPM (Clarizen) and generate invoicing reports for full project reconciliation.
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio billing status, monthly billing activity, and unbilled accounts receivable.
• Drive process optimization and contribute ideas to improve overall support operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any specialization.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with partners and customers.
• Proficiency with transaction/ticket handling systems.
• Strong project management expertise and ability to design process improvements.
• Advanced MS-Excel skills.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve business system or process issues.
• Ability to work in evening/night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in invoicing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ECC or other financial management systems.
