About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Plasma Derived Therapies (PDT) Chief of Staff and Transformation Head in defining business operations, decision-making processes, and value capture priorities.
  • Drive organizational alignment by translating high-level strategy into actionable plans and managing end-to-end transformation initiatives.
  • Lead annual planning cycles, including strategy sessions, business reviews, leadership forums, and town halls.
  • Architect meeting agendas to drive decision-making and ensure disciplined follow-through on action items and commitments.
  • Co-create and execute change management strategies, including designing workshops, leader toolkits, and cultural champion networks.
  • Track the execution of high-priority transformation workstreams, identifying risks, dependencies, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Develop strategic messaging, storytelling, and executive-ready materials for the PDT President and CEO office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in program management and leading strategic planning processes.
  • Strong business acumen and experience operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership teams and navigate cross-functional collaboration.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Experience working directly with and influencing C-suite or senior executive leadership.
