Business Planning and MIS Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales planning, including Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and rolling forecasts.
• Design and implement Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) aligned with business growth and market share objectives.
• Conceptualize and deploy national and channel schemes, monitoring ROI and budget utilization.
• Drive national governance of the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure data accuracy and stock visibility.
• Develop standardized central MIS dashboards to provide actionable insights on market trends and performance.
• Optimize sales organization structure, manpower deployment, and productivity benchmarks.

Requirements

• 10–18+ years of experience in sales planning, incentive design, or sales operations.
• Proven experience in automobile, tractor, or rural markets.
• Strong background in Head Office or central strategic roles.
• Ability to drive performance governance and system-led execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA degree.
• Extensive experience in designing complex KPI and payout structures.
