Responsibilities

• Design and scale the L10–L12 partner network including CMs, ODMs, integrators, and logistics
• Drive partner/vendor contracts and supply chain responsibility requirements in SOWs
• Own the monthly demand forecast and lead S&OP processes
• Translate demand into executable build plans and rack integration schedules
• Lead material management across CMs, ODMs, and internal sites to resolve shortages
• Drive alternate sourcing and BOM risk analysis for NPI and sustaining products
• Negotiate contractual material liability terms and quantify monthly exposure
• Manage NPI ramp planning, EOL transitions, and last-time buys
• Own planning for RMA flows and field replacement programs
• Align with Sales on fulfillment and Finance on revenue plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in demand, supply, or material planning
• Experience in hardware, server, or data center industries
• Strong S&OP / IBP knowledge
• Understanding of BOM structures and CM / ODM manufacturing flows
• Experience with alternate sourcing and material liability negotiation
• Proficiency with planning systems (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, or Anaplan)
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CTO / BTO server or rack-scale planning
• L10–L12 integration and RMA operations experience
• Knowledge of hyperscaler or AI/ML infrastructure customer dynamics
• APICS CPIM / CSCP certification
• MBA
