Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance digital content quality, including architecture, messaging, and design.
• Use data, personas, and customer journeys to audit existing content and identify gaps.
• Negotiate and implement syndicated content deals with industry organizations.
• Conduct A/B tests, focus groups, and surveys to optimize headlines and visuals for conversion.
• Monitor content marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
• Develop KPI frameworks to assess and measure content performance.
• Manage content flow across initiatives, including nurture tools and execution mapping.
• Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, such as copyright and privacy laws.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees and build productive internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in persona and customer journey development.
• Extensive experience in editorial content development.
