Business Performance & Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility transformation programs, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee central support functions including Procurement, Sustainability, Data & Technology, and HSEQ.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor program progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guide operational teams to achieve key milestones and performance outcomes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Lead the development and rollout of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
