Business Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify core information and establish priorities to support executive strategic decision-making
• Provide business intelligence by monitoring organizational vision and goals while analyzing business performance
• Operate and manage company-wide Weekly Progress
• Communicate with stakeholders and monitor performance to achieve company vision, mission, and product business goals
• Support evolution of company-wide goal and performance management perspectives based on industry, policy, and competitor trends

Requirements

• Experience establishing and operating company-wide goal setting and performance management processes
• Understanding of mobility, automotive, and software industries
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for strategic decision-making
• Proactive communication and collaboration abilities with a positive problem-solving attitude
• Experience supporting C-level or senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the rapidly changing mobility industry
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution within mobility
• Successful collaboration and relationship building across diverse organizations and complex stakeholders
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Experience building or operating KPI dashboards
