Business Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Monitor market trends and competitive initiatives to inform business strategy
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights

Requirements

• Experience in analyzing business performance and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in business or finance
• Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems
