Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics related to cost, productivity, efficiency and service levels
• Conduct variance analysis on operational and logistics costs and forecast
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports using Excel and Power BI
• Consolidate and validate data related to production, inventory flows, and transportation movements
• Identify performance gaps across operations and logistics flows
• Partner with site managers and operational teams to improve production efficiency and cost management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, industrial performance monitoring, or logistics
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset-intensive, multi-site environments
• Strong understanding of operational cost structures and performance drivers
