Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators related to costs, productivity, efficiency, and service levels
• Perform variance analysis on operational and logistical costs and forecasts
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI
• Consolidate and validate data related to production, inventory flows, and transport movements
• Identify performance gaps in operations and logistics flows to support corrective action plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor improvements
• Partner with site managers to improve production efficiency, asset utilization, and cost management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business administration, engineering, finance, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, industrial performance monitoring, logistics, or similar
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or multi-site environments is an asset
• Strong understanding of operational cost structures and performance factors
• Demonstrated experience in KPI tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data structuring)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business recommendations
• Bilingualism in French and English
