Business Partnerships Advisor

Responsibilities

• Identify and support strategic partnership opportunities with Chamber member companies and affiliated organizations
• Strengthen engagement with Canadian companies operating in Colombia regarding social impact initiatives
• Support relationship-building with private sector partners interested in sustainability and inclusive business
• Explore practical financing and collaboration models through CSR and corporate volunteer initiatives
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of strategic events like the Canada-Colombia Dialogue
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and information summaries for partner engagement

Requirements

• Degree in International Relations, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Spanish (Level 4) and Fluent English (Level 5)
• At least 6 months of experience in information gathering and presentation
• At least 6 months of experience using analysis and reporting tools
• Interest in economic inclusion, gender equality, or sustainable business
• Strong intercultural communication skills
• Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in corporate social responsibility or sustainable development
• Training in project management or entrepreneurship
