Business Partner & Product Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of digital products and technology capabilities for Natural Gas & NGL Services, focusing on operations control systems and industrial automation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation through delivery and support, ensuring alignment with IT standards and governance.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and value stream roadmaps that align with business strategy and long-term objectives.
• Build strong business partnerships to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable digital product roadmaps.
• Manage daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of IT services.
• Drive the adoption of IT solutions through strategic change management programs that prioritize user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience, including managing professional staff.
• Proven experience working with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operations Technology (OT).
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or energy vertical.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver IT products aligned with business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Product Management or Lean Portfolio Management certifications.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA System Platform, and industrial protocols such as Modbus and MQTT.
