Business Partner - Execution & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives including org design and operating model changes
• Develop materials to support leadership decision-making such as frameworks, options analyses, and decision memos
• Track and synthesize internal initiatives and external engagements to keep leadership informed
• Manage delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives like platform integration and strategic product buildouts
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials including pitch decks and proposal documents
• Represent DIS in institutional client engagements such as workshops and technical sessions
• Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, and resource conflicts
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making

Requirements

• 8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role
• Experience in fast-moving technology or financial services organizations
• Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation and org design
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to understand deal landscapes
• Exceptional written communication and materials production skills
• Highly structured thinker with a bias for action
• Ability to operate across various functions and organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
• Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
• Prior experience working alongside tier-1 financial institutions
• Background in post-acquisition integration or platform transformation
