Business Partner Controlling

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner with commercial responsibility for a specific department
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze ongoing reporting and perform variance analysis (target vs. actual)
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and propose corresponding measures
• Execute business cases and project planning
• Drive process optimization initiatives
• Support the annual closing process

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or business, ideally with a focus on Controlling
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred)
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
