Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner Operators to achieve economic and operational goals
• Ensure quality through business reviews and board meetings
• Monitor restaurant results and initiate improvement measures
• Ensure compliance with Burger King concepts and standards
• Coach and develop the leadership team at the Partner Operator
• Contribute to the opening of new restaurants and investments in the region

Requirements

• Driver's license (Class B)
• Leadership experience managing multiple units
• Experience with financial follow-up, budgeting, and business planning
• Strong understanding of operational routines and quality standards
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
• Proficiency in English
• High resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from retail, the restaurant industry, or QSR
