About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit partner mothers and socialize Amartha products
- Conduct feasibility surveys for potential Amartha partners
- Assist in the fund disbursement process and ensure timely repayments from partners to maintain company profitability and sustainable development
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum 28 years old
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Must own a motorcycle
- Willingness to work in the field
- Good communication skills
- Open to fresh graduates or experienced candidates
- Willing to be placed throughout Indragiri Hulu, Riau
