Responsibilities

• Search for new customers/partners in need of business capital assistance
• Perform service tasks in Amartha Partner Groups (Majelis/Kelompok Ibu Mitra)
• Collect installment payments from Amartha partners
• Responsible for business processes regarding SOP, both administratively and in the field
• Responsible for branch/point portfolio quality and quantity

Requirements

• Male/Female, maximum 32 years old
• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) to Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Must own a private motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to work in the field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willingness to undergo an initial 6-month contract
• High discipline, integrity, and honesty
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented

Benefits

• Base salary of Rp. 3.598.000
• Motor service allowance (Rp. 500.000 every 3 months)
