Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Seek new partner potential to join Amartha programs
• Provide household economic assistance to service members in the assigned domicile
• Conduct surveys and feasibility analysis of financing applications based on company systems and procedures
• Provide recommendations to the financing committee
• Accompany weekly member meetings and service transactions
• Work in the field regarding credit marketing and installment collection

Requirements

• High school/Vocational school/MA or Bachelor's degree
• Age between 18-28 years old
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and ownership of a private motorcycle
• Willingness to work throughout the region as required by the company
• Commitment to Amartha's goal of improving the welfare of low-income households through microfinance services
• High integrity, honesty, meticulousness, communication skills, and hard-working nature
• Previous experience in communities or active activities
