• Build, train, and manage a small core team and freelance Official Hosts
• Source and secure quality venues and time slots for games
• Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives to grow the player base
• Manage game operations to ensure a great customer experience
• Leverage support and technology provided by the Singapore headquarters
