Responsibilities

• Launch and establish the Stranger Soccer brand within the Charlotte area
• Build, train, and manage a core team and freelance Official Hosts
• Source and secure high-quality venues and appropriate time slots for games
• Execute creative digital and on-the-ground marketing and sales initiatives to grow the player base
• Manage day-to-day game operations to ensure a premium customer experience
• Utilize support, systems, and technology provided by the global headquarters

• Strong passion for football (soccer) and connection to the local community
• Proven experience in business, management, or customer-facing roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
• Results-driven attitude, as earnings are tied to business performance and success
• Ability to work onsite to manage local operations
