Business Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review field service activities to identify out-of-scope tasks based on specific customer maintenance contracts
• Create detailed financial reports for billable activities and calculations in accordance with contract terms
• Ensure high accuracy in reporting and invoicing processes, including customer data, payment terms, and VAT
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Perform deep-dive analyses on business activities to identify and close revenue gaps
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate an efficient T&M billing process
• Utilize various software solutions including Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to manage daily tasks

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business operations or analytical roles
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage relationships and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of banking equipment
• Experience creating macro solutions within Microsoft Office
• Experience with Oracle, Power BI, or similar enterprise software tools
